AI, RPA and Financial Services Working Group

Innovate Finance and Pinsent Masons are collaborating to help FinTech and financial services businesses understand the impact that AI and robotic process automation (RPA) will have on the future of financial services and products.

While a number of industry initiatives are currently being undertaken, Innovate Finance and Pinsent Masons aim to complement this work through a unique approach focussing on the impact AI and RPA will have on financial services customers.

In a series of workshops we will be investigating the following:

• Treating customers fairly
• Communicating with customers effectively
• Obtaining valid consent
• Keeping the customer secure
• Organisational issues
• Liability when AI is at fault
• Customer redress and dispute resolution
