Over the past decade, FinTech has shaken up Latin America’s financial system. The region is a fertile ground for FinTech; the product of two primary factors: the widespread use of technology, especially smartphones; and a large unbanked population. Digital wallets are now almost as ubiquitous as smartphones, with open banking technology set to further open up financial inclusion.

As the only regional Latin American event during UK FinTech Week 2024, this conference will connect visiting FinTech innovators from Latin America with key stakeholders from the UK’s Financial Services ecosystem.
