Lars Otten holds an MBA degree at the University of Groningen and a MA in Marketing from the Manchester Business School. He began his journey in the world of technology and innovation at IBM in 1996, starting at market research and marketing. After holding several management positions in marketing, sales, consulting in IBM and in 2011, Lars joined Novabase as Head of Channels and Alliances. 

In that same year, Lars co-founded Bring Global, headquartered in Lisbon together with Carlos Alves and Luis Henriques. Over the last nine years, they developed Bring into a global player, digitalising banks and telcos all over the globe. Currently, he is responsible for the Bring digital business and global sales in Europe, LATAM, the Middle East, Africa and the USA.
