Marcus runs Coinbase's European business and is responsible for scaling the company's operations as well as bringing to market new products and features. He joined the company in 2018 and has led numerous international growth projects, as well as being responsible for establishing and maintaining regulatory relationships across the world, working closely with regulators to educate them on crypto and advocate for appropriate regulation. Prior to joining Coinbase, Marcus spent almost a decade at Morgan Stanley, where he was an Executive Director in the Legal and Compliance division and specialised in electronic trading across both equities and fixed income
