Steven Strange is responsible for product management of all ION solutions for the buy-side. His accountabilities include investment compliance, portfolio analysis, decision-making, and trade management capabilities, plus hosted services for trading, analytics, and compliance. He is also responsible for identifying and evolving new business areas. 

An Economics graduate from the University of Manchester, UK, Steven brings 15 years’ experience in asset management, wealth management and the buy-side community to the role. His career began at TD Waterhouse (Toronto Dominion Bank), an online brokerage specializing in margin trading and retirement investment accounts. He then worked as a senior product manager at Fidessa, focusing on investment compliance, trading, and portfolio management. He moved to his current role following Fidessa’s acquisition by ION.

Steven is passionate about investment regulation, in particular ESG-based investments, and the impact this has on today and everything we strive to be in the future.
